"The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission announced the recall of Chinese-made Elite Operations Toys sold by Toys "R" Us because of high levels of lead.
About 16,000 sets of the toys were sold by Toys "R" Us or toysrus.com nationwide. Toys "R" Us initiated the recall when it learned the paint on the toys contained excessive levels of lead, in violation of the federal lead paint standard."
